Andrew is a patient, knowledgeable teacher. My daughter and I went for a pottery session and enjoyed the experience very much. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to see what it’s like to turn pottery. The finished pieces are going to be fun to use for years to come. Thanks Andrew!
I had to come back to edit my review. I had contacted the owner after receiving his reply to reach out to him for a refund. I contacted him by phone, and there was no way to even leave a voicemail, so I emailed him. He never responded. My belief is that his attempts at sincere offers of redemption by offering refunds and free classes to those that post negative reviews are only an attempt to boost his negative ratings. He took full payment for classes from me after I was only able to participate in two classes. He changed the time of the class after I signed up, making it very difficult for me to be there, then I had injured my neck at the class by working on the wheel. I don't blame him for that....however I now need neck surgery and I cannot continue with the class. He has kept my money with no refund coming.
Pottery Central is a great place to learn and practice pottery. Andrew is passionate about his art and very welcoming in his studio. Even the other students are eager to help each other. A very friendly environment.
