Ordered 1/2 in thick flooring, got 3/8one.. even though they charged for more expensive one. Salesman promised that they will refund me the balance. Aftwr going back and forth for 5 months, they are refusing to do so...I will not do business with them again.

I'm updating my review. There seems to have been an issue with one employee in particular, who soured my perception of this company. The regional manager reached out to me and we had a good discussion about how things were handled poorly on their end. I appreciate the communication and I will make sure to give more stars once I pick up my cabinets and all looks good. Thank you
