We are so pleased with the renovation and the professionalism CASE exhibited throughout the entire remodeling process. We could not be happier with the final result and always felt in good hands from start to finish. Melissa was a joy to work with and helped shape our original design ideas into a reality and kept us on budget without sacrificing quality or what we truly wanted. Mike's craftsmanship and attention to detail paired perfectly with Seth's incredible communication and desire to make things right. I loved that everyone worked so well together as a team to handle what seemed like a big job with a lot of moving parts with relative ease and flexibility. We cannot thank CASE enough for making everything go so smoothly. We are so grateful we trusted them with our home - it was beyond worth it. The photos show the finished product - apologies that I don't take the best photos! The last two photos are the \before\ of our kitchen.

We approached Case for our project because we watched as they did some remodeling for a neighbor and we liked what we saw. Our first meeting with Case was exploratory and they listened and asked good questions to learn what we had in mind. They produced some CAD models for us to review and after 3 iterations we accepted their proposal and signed a contract. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and, perhaps most important, the team that worked with us. Good people, good skills, good results. We made the right choice when we chose Case.

I reached out to CASE to have a 'conversation,' as they put it. I'm disappointed to say that they told me today (12/29/20) that they would not be able to work with me due to my \lean\ budget, and I should instead reach out to much smaller contractors or one-man businesses. I'm not sure in what world 26k is lean for smaller spaces, but I guess it isn't wealthy enough for CASE to even have a conversation or consultation to learn more. Perhaps an adjustment to your description would be needed, to specify that you only have interest in working with customers that have a certain range of budget. I'm disappointed, and a little humiliated- this is the first and only design/remodeling company to say such a thing to me.

We hired Case to close off our 2-story living room and add a bonus room directly above that area. The initial meeting was really great (shoutout to Adam for really listening to what we wanted and being extremely upbeat and positive about the ability to make it happen - others who had come out to give a quote were more pessimistic and negative about what it was going to take to do this project, not exactly what a homeowner wants to hear). Every step from start through project completion went very smoothly and we were very happy with the work they did. Plus, you get an app with a schedule so you know every day what's going on, no guesswork. Our on-site case manager Eric kept in touch every day with any kind of updates as well. Everyone comments on how amazing it is that you can't even tell that it was an addition, because of how seamless it looks. We are very happy with our new room and can't wait to do other projects with Case.
