Store has everything you need but there was no customer service. Came in during lunch and it was totally empty, I was the only one in the store. I guess the workers where bored as they where relaxed behind the counter talking to each other. When I came in there was a lady who looked right at me but was never greeted. I walked around for about ten minutes and still no interaction or interest if I needed help. So I decided to leave.

Some coworkers and I came to the mall during out lunch break in search of an outfit for my co-worker party. I felt like we were consistently being watched the entire time we looked for clothing and while in the dressing room. It made our shopping experience very unpleasant. We decided to leave and not purchase any merchandise after the girl who was working there on 9/12/18 (12noon) time consistently watched our every move.
I Shopped in the Charlotte Russe in Dulles Towne Center mall. Not what it used to be. I could always find earrings, not today. They had them but not appealing or reduced. Walked in and walked out soon after.
Cheap, poor quality clothing geared towards teens and 20 year olds. If it weren't for my daughter I would not shop there. Store was a mess and the staff was not helpful.
