From the moment I reached out inquiring about renting a suite to vacating the suite Erika was extremely helpful and quickly responsive. I had a maintenance request twice that got addressed if not the same day the very next day. Erika had open communication and was extremely professional. Her customer service is impeccable. I first inquired a few months earlier, and didn’t find a vacancy within my budget. Erika promised me she’d keep an eye out for me, and as soon as there was one that fit my criteria, she was in touch. The process of visiting the property and applying for a lease was very convenient and safe, and throughout both Erika and the building management have been quick to reply to questions, and very pleasant to work with.
