Stanley Steamer to the rescue! My dog was sick last night all over my rug! I called first thing in the morning (7:30am) and they were there an hour later, got all the stains and smells (ew!) up and we’re so kind! Stanley Steamer saved the day! So thankful!

I had Stanley Steemer come clean two tile areas and one bedroom carpet this Wednesday and am extremely disappointed with the results. Many spots were completely missed on the tile cleaning and it looks worse than before as these spots really stand out next to the cleaner areas. The carpet cleaning was even worse and you couldn't tell anything was done other than the carpet being wet. Upon closer inspection I noticed how much hair and dirt was still on the floor. I pulled out the vacuum and went over the entire room and managed to fill up an entire canister as seen in the pictures below. This is incredible that you can hire professional carpet cleaners and get up this much dirt with an average vacuum immediately afterwards. They also didn't move any furniture as the website says and they did not clean my closet. I can understand maybe the closet was extra but you probably should have mentioned that before leaving. I've called already to express my complaints and they said they could send someone out on Monday to clean again, however, the reason I needed the cleaning was to prepare for company this weekend. I have now had to scrub the floors on my own to get the missed areas and take carpet cleaner to the bedroom. I called Thursday morning and they said a manager would call me within 24-48 hours to discuss a refund. We are now over 48 hours, and no call.
Marshall & Xavier showed up on time, we're professionally dressed in their Stanley Steamer uniforms, went over the order and got straight to work. They we're very helpful moving my furniture to get under and in the corners. They were friendly and worked carefully and speedily. They were a wonderful set of guys. I would use Stanley Steamer again in a minute because of the quality of customer service they provided. Thank you so much guys! )

My large dinning room area rug (9x13), and my living room ottoman were cleaned beautifully! The rug had stains, water damage, and mud from being outside after our house flood. ALL OF IT CAME OUT...ITS FULLY RESTORED!! They did an anti-microbial treatment and Scotch Guard like protectant on top of that! Results are outstanding! I plan to have them out next to clean my upholstered headboard. Very pleased! Highly recommend.
