I called on a whim to inquire about piercing and was greeted by Heather whose personality jumped through the phone. She provided me with all the details I needed for piercing and I made up my mind right away to go in and use the services. Heather was very personable and professional and I highly recommend her if you want the best experience. Other places I've called don't even bother to answer the phone. I was very impressed and was able to get in and get out!

Definitely a hit or miss when it comes to both tattoos and piercings, 3/5 of my piercings were pierced incorrectly causing rejection or me having to remove them and get it re-pierced. Nonetheless this place is pretty cool if you want something more complex.
I went to get my nose pieced again since I recently had surgery and had to take it out. I was unable to put my nose ring back in after my surgery. I went to have my nose pierced again and she checked my hole and identified that it was not closed and she was able to put in a new nose ring in and did not have to charge for the piercing. I think she provided excellent customer service! Thank you!
