We have had the worst customer service experience ever. The company is not getting back to us regarding groomsmen who have not received their suits or have received incorrect items and my wedding is in 10 days. Do NOT order from this company for your wedding!

Wyatt was extremely helpful during my tux fitting. He made us feel comfortable and walked us through the black tux website and explained everything clearly. He was a blast to work with!

There was no direction, very little signage (one small sign), and no one representing The Black Tux available to speak with us. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment, which we scheduled about four weeks in advance, and spoke with three separate Nordstrom representatives who could not help us with our appointment but pointed us to the desk where we needed to wait. More than 5 minutes after our appointment time, we still hadn't seen anyone who actually worked for The Black Tux, and so we decided to leave. No one has contacted us about our "missed" appointment.

We met with Wyatt from Black Tux for suit fittings and let me tell you... HE WAS AWESOME! He was so easy to work it and very accommodating of each persons needs. Highly recommend working with him and Black Tux!

We are now 11 days away from my son’s wedding and no tux, emails are bouncing back and I called a number in Charlotte since that was the only one I could find. I just got a recording. At this point I thing I will dispute the charges on our cc. Oh we received a belt lol. Sorry service and communication. They just took our money and added extra stress. Poorly run business and a horrible way to treat a wedding party. I would give a zero star if I could! Shame on them. Stephanie L.

Carl did a great job helping me get fitted for the right suit it was quick and super easy. Not high pressure just a great experience. Definitely will recommend the black tux to everyone looking for the right suits for their weddings or anything. Great price for high quality suits!
