They have a lot of product, but not what we were looking for. The service was good though. They have a bunch of displays for what we wanted but none of it was available. Why have so many displays showing stone 12x12 tile if it isn't available?

I can only offer the highest recommendation for The Tile Shop. They respected my budget and had the style and know how to help me choose my back splash and it turned out spectacular! The turnaround time was fast and when I made a measuring mistake ( I did my own install) and need two more tiles, they made it happen. Even picking up was pleasant in the warehouse in back. Very nice service. Thanks and I'll be back.
