The food is good for the prices but the staff is so unfriendly. I visited this place multiple times and seen staff not responding properly to any of the questions we had. The lady who helps the staff never had a smile on her face as it is like she is doing a free/volunteer service to the society. I really like the place located at the university and highly recommend to change the staff or train them to receive customers with a pleasing manner.

Mini grocery shop plus an eat out. The breakfast dishes were okay. The peanut chutney that was offered with idli and dose was a little off. Seemed like refrigerated old chutney. The Puri and chole was tasty! Sambar was spicy and nice.

Highly unprofessional, does not know how to respect the customers. Delays the order deliberately and wont give the food based on the time provided in the site. Behaves as if they are preparing it fresh and provides the stale food after waiting.

My husband had a terrible experience the staff ( front desk cashier )misplaced the order twice this week , when raised the concern to the cashier he was very rude and gave pathetic reply left the paid order at the store , we will definitely never go back to that store. Other concern which we had was about the mask , I observed the store staff were wearing mask to their neck and allowing unmasked customers to the store which is unethical and keeping the other person’s health at risk. I sincerely hope you reconsider the mask policy and keep everyone safe .

I am changing the review due to worst customer service and bad quality food. The host there did not respond in a good way for my request to make the order little bit sooner(he said it will take 20 mins for the order). Instead he asked me to cancel the order. The gesture and way of response was very rude. It does not matter if the store doesn't have wide range of products but customer treatment should be first priority. I had given 4 stars before for the friendly staff there and the customer service provided. The male staff at the counter should be trained well.. Don't lose your happy customers.. Second part is the food. The food was good before, but now they are serving stale old food. They don't even do quality check before serving. I ordered button idli with sambhar. They served it with stale sambhar that was boiled and it had the smell of burnt.. Not sure from how many days they are serving the same sambhar.. finally its giving burnt smell.. they quality and services has deteriorated like anything.

To Go Order- Worst Customer Service. Ordered & paid for a Boneless Chicken Byriani waited for 20 minutes to know they are out of it. Changed the order to a Chicken Manchurian Fried Rice & got the order after another 20 minutes. Went home just to notice I got a vegetable fried rice. Called & complained, they asked to come back to the restaurant with the food to exchange it. Went to the restaurant returned the food & waited another 20 minutes only to know that they are out of chicken manchurian. Above all the cashier wasn't even sorry for the incident nor did he want to replace the food.

Staff is friendly......Food tastes good...Loved the Paneer Pulav the other day.... ambience too is quite good. Can visit anytime you wanna quickly grab something.

Wish the staff could be more friendly... The guy there wears the mask on the neck. I wonder why does he waste tht mask.. have been there couple of times and the guy there never bothers to put the mask up.. just pathetic... Good dosas though... Don't try samosas...
