Guy couldnt even tell me a price over the phone. He said the best thing to do would be to waste my time and talk in person. Simple question ,how much does it cost for 2 classes!???....anyways going somewhere else.

I used to train for competitions and self defense and judo here years ago before the gym's relocation...proper communication is a must ..you are treated like family and laugh and joke alot until the bell rings and says\GET TO WORK!

One of the better gyms around. Everyone is friendly. You can either join to lose weight or join to compete or learn some self defense. Respectable trainers thats highly knowledged in many martial arts.

My experience was amazing the owner dough is like a second grandfather to me. It's is a great facility with so many options. They joke alot but it's all in play. If you are serious about working out this is the place to be good friends and staff. It's a place to make your second home!
