The rudest people on the planet work here. They are so unprofessional and not willing to do their job. My father had a phone appointment with them and they never called. I called them back to ask them if he can go into the office to give them his important document and the rude lady, with an attitude, says “only through mail and it’s your problem if you don’t want to send in your document through post”. I then ask her why the last time I was on the phone they told me he could and now they’re saying no. She then HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME. I had waited 15 minutes to talk to someone and she hangs up on me after giving me an attitude through the phone. Wish I could say will never be returning but unfortunately there’s no other choice.

Mrs Carrington is the saving grace of this enterprise. She makes my heart whole with her compassion, thoroughness, willingness to not only help but go above and beyond! I have a daughter with special needs and have had to make roughly 6-7 total phones calls....I have only received 1 specific rep who was just awful, gave bad & incorrect information, rude & was not helpful in any way shape or form. Here comes Mrs Carrington to restore all faith in humanity with her helpfulness, care, concern and follow up. I hope she is recognized as a pillar, expert and example to follow. She is amazing and I wish I could do more than just a google review. She is an angel saint here on earth ️

Today I was consistently on the phone with SS to get clarification. Specifically Ms. Carrington was very helpful, patient, and charismatic in making sure my information and benefits were correct. Out of the numerous times I’ve called prior, I’ve not received any support until today. I am very pleased with the service I received today and especially from Ms Carrington.

Due to COVID 19, I had to send very sensitive documents in the mail in order to submit for a name change (recently married). I've been calling nonstop since 10/5 because they haven't returned by birth certificate, drivers license, AND marriage license. I've called daily and each time they state that a supervisor will call me within 24-48 hours. Have I received a call from a supervisor? NO. So if you're reading this - PLEASE CALL ME as I'd like to see my family over the holidays, but due to the fact that I don't have a form of ID that's going to be difficult.
