I was hanged up on when I was asking a question, and they barely answered the first question. I was explaining my situation and when I said if I take the disc of pictures I got from there will the pictures show dates and he hanged up on me. I was asking very nicely I was never rude this made me cry because they don’t know my situation and how this was important for me and they just don’t care about there customers needs. I feel bad that there are people like this that can’t help others mostly because that’s why they are getting payed for. I hope you don’t get Treated the way you treated me and then you remember the way you treated me cuz God exist.

The worst drive they line timeframes. If you have one designated person on refills at the drive thru and a few people to work the inside I would think this would resolve the issue. I’ve been waiting already for 29 minutes and no where near the window. PLEASE GET MORE HELP OR A BETTER SYSTEM TO GET PEOPLE IN AND OUT. Feel like I’ve been in drive through for 24 hours!!!
Great service! I was able to get a refill for a medication I forgot while receiving other medications. I would normally have to wait 15-25min, and drive around, at other locations when I asked for a refill at the drive-through.
This is the slowest Walgreens pharmacy drive-thru in Charlotte. Both lanes are never open at the same time and it takes about 30-45 minutes to pickup a prescription in the drive thru. I’m going back to CVS.
