I had an older gentlemen and older lady to help me. And to my surprise, the older gentlemen took me to each item that I was looking for: three items. I was taken back and grateful for the assistance I received. The older woman had already closed her register and yet waited for me to check out. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Now, this is great service I don't find in the younger generation. Those two special associates made my evening very easy to get in and out. Wow!!!! A double wow !!!

I was not impressed. Very unorganized, stock shelves empty. Tink gives it 2 paws, she said try harder.

This Walmart had a better variety of things. I love the layout of the store as well. It's not that big but I like it better than any other Wal Mart that's around. The employees are nice as well.

The upper management has some issues here. I came in to buy a piece for my broken glasses. The piece is 2.48 and hangs on a shelf where anyone can walk up and touch it, but it was in the Vision Center where there was a closed sign. I could see the item but I’d have to take a few steps past the closed sign to reach it. I didn’t want to risk looking suspicious so I asked an employee if I’d be allowed to walk around the closed sign to get the item from the shelf. I was told that not only were customers not allowed in there but no employees were allowed in there either until it opened. I asked to speak with a manager who might have the authority to walk past the closed sign for me. When I did, she said that even she isn’t allowed in there because upper management is very strict and she didn’t want to get in trouble by serving me. If this Walmart has the kind of workplace environment where “keeping employees in line” is more important than customer service, I don’t want to support them anymore. Good customer service starts with good treatment of your employees.
