My husband and I just enjoyed a fabulous meal at Burger Bach! McKenzie was our server and was completely on point and very conscientious. My husband got the southern Gent burger and I got the tuna bites and both were outstanding. We are so glad to be back eating out at some of our favorite places before the pandemic and Burger Bach did not disappoint but only impressed us with their best service ever. Next time I need to remember to get my favorite cocktail the kiwi which is also very good. Enjoy! Enjoy!

Don't let the pictures fool you. These burgers are the truth! The flavors, the mouth feel and the inventive toppings. It's all there. What you have here is the West Coast Burger . 2 words - Get. It.

Wonderful New Zealand style burgers, great atmosphere (we sat outside), and great selection from the menu. The burgers were delicious and for the fries, we got the sampler which gives you a choice of 3 flavors for dipping. All were excellent. Definitely would go again. Lots of small shops, a huge movie theater, and a dog park nearby. Something for everyone here.

Have been here a half dozen times or more, always excellent. They were very busy today, yet service remained top flight. Can't decide if they do burgers or tuna better. Have to go back to decide.

Outdoor seating is nice, and still had good service. The New Zealand Nachos (lamb) were very good. Better than I expected. Also, the 6 Bears & a Goat beer was great.

Seriously some of the best food I've had in a long time. The whole atmosphere and style of food plus quality was just the icing on top of every food experience you want. This was our first time in Charlottesville and we were not disappointed. They have New Zealand, grass-fed beef, free range chicken and lamb. Plus local products that just make the burgers so so much better than most burger joints. So overall, it's a really great burger/food joint that serves great beer and cocktails for reasonable prices. Check it out!!!

I came to town to get something at Williams Sonoma, I asked the lovely lady there where can I get something good to eat. She highly recommended your hamburgers and said get the fries and basil dip! I’m in my 60’s and I have eaten many burgers, this was the BEST hamburger EVER! The dipping sauce for the fries was awesome! I highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed! My new favorite place

My family and I has been going to Burger Bach—on an almost bi-weekly manner—for the past 18 months. Needless to say it has become our family’s favorite restaurant. After an unexpected move to Charlottesville, Virginia from Los Angeles, California, Burger Bach was the first restaurant we visited after spending 8 days on the road and covering 3,000 miles. From the instant we stepped into the restaurant we felt welcome as the hostess greeted us with a warm smile as she escorted us to our table and introduced us to our waiter. The waiting staff is extremely polite, professional and always goes above and beyond to make our experience a very pleasant one. This experience repeats itself again and again every time we visit. By this point most of the waiting staff recognize us, specifically Seth and Ethan, that by now they know exactly what our kids are going to order, and Connor (restaurant manager) stopping by our table to personally greet us. An added touch to the experience is watching the manager, Connor leading by example. You can expect to see Connor from performing hosting duties, cleaning tables, serving food and ensuring everyone in the restaurant is having a pleasant experience. The menu itself is unbelievably good, not only is great quality healthy/organic food but every single plate is equally delicious…you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Their beer selection is fantastic too. They go above and beyond to serve from local breweries and every month they highlight a “Brewery of the Month” selection. Their cocktails are amazing as well! My personal favorite is the Smoked Old Fashioned made with local Virginia Whiskey from Three Crosses Distillery. We decided to go to Burger Bach for the food, but always go back for the experience and the people! Team Burger Bach in Charlottesville, VA definitely treats everyone as family!
