Great opportunity to learn a new medical skill set for free, if your willing to dedicate the two year commitmemt in return for your training.For uva students looks great for any graduate programs along with PVCc programs. The squad is based of a diverse group of folks and all are welcome. CARs has some of the best if not, best training matierals and instructors in the nation along with thes best equitment which helps strive to provide the best clinical and evidence based practices in emergency medicine.
