Magistrate, last name Judy, was rude and treated me more like I was on trial than being helpful. I had a protective order on someone who assaulted me, with obvious physical injuries that were documented by an officer, one day ago. He was reluctant to issue a felony warrant and event stated to the commonwealth attorney’s office he found this all “strange.” What is strange about someone being assaulted who has a protective order against someone? Upon leaving and calling him out on sitting there reading a book, he ran out after me to “offer” to issue an emergency protective order barring all contact with the assailant. Yeah, why didn’t you do that why I was sitting there and you were reading a book.

The local Charlottesville Magistrate arrested Deandre Harris based on hearsay, the words of a Nazi/White Supremacist, alone. This magistrate subverted justice by inserting itself into an ongoing investigation by the Charlottesville PD. Shame on the them for having 2 versions of justice. Harold Ray Crews is not a victim. He is a Nazi. Good job protecting the torch-bearers of hate!
