I am very glad to see Todd Wheeler is back at Colonial. Todd was able to get my car taken care of right away when I had an issue that could have caused a major problem. I have been taking my vehicle to Colonial for almost 10 years now and they do a fine job. I appreciate their good customer service and will continue to use them as my primary auto center. I came in for a State Inspection. I was greeted while in my car and a friendly face told me where to go. It is good to know that people still care about you. At the end of my appointment, I was given a Christmas gift of the inspection. This was a pleasant surprise.

I wrote this on the Valleys web page, but Cole needs to recognized as well. I live in Fluvanna County and used a local Dodge Dealer in Charlottesville for awhile now. The service Techs were great, but mechanics lacked knowledge and skill. I took my truck to Cole at Colonial auto center here in Charlottesville and explained the issues. Cole took my Truck to CMA Valley Chrysler where I spoke with Roger, my service advisor. Roger quoted me a price for some work and discovered latter that the parts were twice what he quoted me. Not only did he apologize, but he is honoring the original price. Its hard to find this kind of service anywhere. With that being said, I will drive over an hour now to get my truck serviced. I haven't used the service center yet but I can attest that the Salespeople are amazing. After visiting other GMC Dealerships with no luck my wife and me weren't to hopeful that Colonial would have any luck finding us what she wanted either. We were wrong. The Sales Staff at Colonial are amazing. They bent over backward to find my wife exactly what she wanted, even tho it meant driving a trade all way to Ohio. They even offered to honor the sales event if had ended when they found something. If you are in the maker for a Vehicle check these guys out.
