CMI delivered one of the finest project related experiences we've had. CMI installed a cable handrail on the steps leading to our home. Les Gonda and his assistant Will, installed the rails and cables quickly, efficiently and professionally. From the very beginning, Les got back to us quickly and set up a time to view the project and derive an estimate. He arrived on time and presented several options for us to consider. The next day we had a quote. His price was very competitive with other estimates, but Les had an expertise level that inspired confidence, so we went with him. Three weeks later we had our handrail installed. It transformed our yard into a beautiful modern/Zen-like landscape. The quality of the materials used, especially the wood on the handrail, a gorgeous Spanish Mahogany, gives the handrail a transcendental beauty and focus we never imagined! Above and beyond knowledgeable service. I made a phone call to ask about help with a small crack in a secondhand woodstove I picked up. I got an answer on my first call. Just so happened that they were out in the direction of my home. My woodstove was outside On the porch. Although I was busy at work they were willing to stop by and take a look to see if it was worth moving it to their shop for repair. I received a phone call back just like I was promised and was told that I am OK and that the Crack in the wood stove was not large enough to make it worthwhile for repair expense. These guys know what they’re doing and do not yank you around. If I ever had anything metal work that needs repair I know exactly who I will call. Don’t waste your time elsewhere
