I can't say enough good things about this company. We used Norms Transportation during the (busiest weekend) in October for a small group wine tasting. After calling around to 10 Charlottesville competitors, I went with Norms because they were the most accommodating. All of their vans were booked but the (very nice) owner told me they were interviewing drivers and to follow up with her the following week. Well... I did and was able to get a driver and van for the weekend I wanted. Unfortunately, our large party reduced in size so I called the owner the night before our scheduled tour... hoping to get a smaller vehicle. She answered my call at 10 pm and said the van was already ordered (through Enterprise) and she will give me a reduced rate any way. She did NOT have to do that but took it upon herself to do that. Our driver (Duane) was so friendly and respectful of our (loud) group. He went out of his way to make sure we went to all the wineries we wanted and went well past our originally scheduled 5 hours. Living out of state, this company went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you and I look forward to returning to Charlottesville in the future!

My husband and I hired a private car for the day with Heather as our driver. Pure bliss. The car was gorgeous and comfy, and Heather made great recommendations for spots we didn't know about. We would highly recommend Norm's and will definitely call them again next time we're in the area.

We had a wonderful experience with Norm! I had been communicating with Heather for months beforehand to plan this bachelorette weekend for our group of 9. She helped ease my worries and recommended 3 great wineries for our day of tasting! Norm was our driver and he had his hands full with our group, but we all had a wonderful time! Would definitely use again and recommend on your trip to Charlottesville.
