Today I had the best experience on home installation, ever! Bryce came and installed several lights in our home, and I was blown away by how professional, timely, kind, and thorough he was! I called RE this morning, and Bryce came this afternoon. I am so stoked to have such kind and hard-working professionals like him to work on our first home. Such a gem! We are now Robertson Electric customers for life.

They installed our HVAC. But in the process, they broke our vent that connects to our drier. Of course, being the trusting consumer, we had no idea of this problem. Therefore, over a couple years, we had all the dust and lint from the drier gather right in the broken duct leading to a broken drier and a major fire hazard. Because we discovered it a couple years later, the company no longer claimed any fault and said that we would just have to order a new service. If you can, avoid this business. Their branding and large size is deceiving. I wouldn’t be surprised if more people had such underlying problems that have yet to be discovered.

Said they would be at my place at 8am and exactly at 8:00am there was a knock on my door. Don’t think I’ve ever had someone be exactly on time before so I had to come give a 5 star. Also price of service was very reasonable.
