Excellent customer service from start to finish. I have used Wooden Sun twice now to service my fireplace (propane), and I am a very satisfied customer. The technician, Kim, was extremely professional and kind. He removed his shoes on the front porch, set up tarp on the floor for his work area around the fireplace, and abided by all COVID precautions. My fireplace is up and running just in time for another snowstorm. I will always use this company for my future service needs.

My wife and I were in the market for a new fireplace and scheduled a time for them to come to inspect our house but found a much better deal somewhere else. I canceled via online and they still charged me a 50.00 cancellation fee. When I called to ask why they lady was rude and said their time is valuable because they are a small company.

Hired for a cleaning and repair estimate; the onsite crew was professional, competent and courteous. Called and e-mailed the front office multiple times and after weeks of non-returned messages was given a quote that ranged from 6k to 18k. Another local company was happy to give me a detailed quote with a much smaller range. Finally, when I talked to the front office to pay for the cleaning, they asked if I wanted to move forward with the quote and I said no and why. Within minutes I got a notificaion that person was looking at my LinkedIn profile. Creepy...
