Few issues here and there, but every place has its problems. A little expensive, but the place is really nice. Super spacious floor plans, too. The maintenance guys are super friendly and my girl Kiera in the leasing office is my favorite to talk to when I need help. She’s the best.

You’re going to love this place! Spacious apartment homes, new appliances and super clean. They also have playgrounds and gathering areas to spend time with your loved ones. Kierra helped us out and made our day! She’s the best.

I'm enjoying my apartment at Charter Oak. I have always received excellent customer service and attention to my maintenance request. Both administrative and facilities staff have always been professional and kind. It is a pleasure to live in this community.

Have mold growing from the conditioning system, the management didn’t investigate or tried to solve the problem other than by topical cleaning of conditioner grades with some spray and dry towel, negligently spreading the mold spores. Mold problem is not surprising at all if you see how communications look here - please see attached. My wife started to have symptoms and went to her physician, who told her it looks like mold poisoning, referred her to see lung specialist and told to move out ASAP. When we went to tell this to the management we were given some medical advice instead - she told she saw my wife walking with the baby in the rain, so this is cold. RIDICULOUS!
