From California & loved our 6mo stay visiting family. We stay at Chateau every year for last three years. Best deal around. Great staff and any questions/problems handle quickly. Units are clean and well maintained. Will defiantly return on our next family visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have lived at Chateau Gardens Apartment Complex now for about 3-months beginning in December of 2019 and this will be my 2nd time living in the same complex. First time was 3-years ago in a studio/efficiency and from the time I walked in to speak with management I was greeted by friendly staff and friendly maintenance personnel as well. I moved into my studio and lived in about 2-months and the entire time frame I lived there the grounds were always kept immaculately clean as were all 3 pools they have. They pretty much clean and skim them daily. So they are always ready to swim in at anytime. This time around I am even happier I moved into a 1-bedroom which is a step up from the studio naturally and from the time I arrived was greeted with friendly and happy management always willing to do whatever to keep their tenants happy and meet their living needs. The grounds this time around are no different than 3-years period to this time. It is very well kept and very well maintained and the apartment I moved into had fresh pain newly laid or freshly cleaned carpeting spotless tile flooring in the kitchen and the bathroom and everything was in perfect working order. Nothing, not one thing was in disrepair and it was the same in the studio. The Chateau Gardens Apartment Complex Management Team of Dave, Sheila & Carol all pride themselves on taking care of the place they work at it and it shows in their professionalism in treatment of tenants and potential tenants alike and in the conducting of business. And especially in they’re care and concern and prioritizing of the care, cleanliness and expediency of maintenance if anything happens it is never put off even if it’s inconvenient its prioritized and dealt with ASAP! Thank you Dave, Sheila & Carol for all 3 of you for making my home a content and more happier home than most places could be and should be. :-)

Do not rent an apartment here. If you do, don't use their laundry facilities. They blamed me for my clothes being infested with bed bugs by their laundry machines, which subsequently infested my apartment. I refused to pay for the damage to their furniture, which they threw out (perhaps unnecessarily) while taking 2-3 months treating the infestation. They ambushed me shortly before I moved out with a bill for the furniture. Since I refused to pay, they are trying to destroy my credit by involving a collection agency. The collection agency representative even said that they tried to claim that I owed them one month's rent on top of replacing the furniture. They removed the rent from the bill only because I threatened to sue. I honestly did not have any other problems with them, but this is unacceptable. Carol was the only positive light in this whole situation. She's one of the most friendly & nice people that I've ever met. I don't like Sheila at all at this point. She & her husband are the managers. They both seem nice (despite Sheila's obvious social awkwardness) until they can find a way to try to screw you over.

La Petite Chateau Apartments

Nestled in the heart of Glendale, I really enjoy living here. The grounds are are well kept from debris and weeds. The trees are all freshly cut, the parking lines are painted nice and bright - I see the maintenance crew always working hard and the front office is very knowledgeable about the complex and surrounding area. Also, I came home later than normal one night and ran into the nightwatchman, very nice man, and the lights all over the complex were super bright. Keep up the great work
