L'Fay Bridal has a beautiful selection of dresses and I was able to find the dress of my dreams. This is truly a boutique experience, with very personal service. Mikaela helped me from day one and made me feel like I was her only bride.The alterations were done to every last detail that I never could have imagined. I highly recommend that brides dress shop here!

Buying my dress at L’Fay was one of the BEST experiences I had through out the wedding process. Before going to L’Fay I had gone to three other bridal boutiques and felt helpless because I had tried on countless dresses. Madeline, Kathryn and Sarah all told me I would find the perfect dress and I did! I was actually torn between Pronovias and Matthew Christopher! Once my Pronovias dress came in, it was a bit large and Shania (their in house seamstress) assured me when she was done it would fit like a glove. I actually had 4 fittings before taking my dress home. What a wonderful experience, I HIGHLY recommend L’Fay!
ABSOLUTELY Horrific experience here. It has taken me a year to even be able to stomach coming to this site to write this. DO NOT TRUST this company with the dress for the most important day of your life. Unless you are okay with them ordering the wrong one and calling you a month before your wedding to tell you and then replacing the dress with a sample only to botch every single alteration from that point forward. I ended up with not only the wrong dress, but a sample that was altered to look nothing like the sample I tried. My entire chest exposed for all my guests to see. This ruined my day as I was so self conscious. Not to mention it ruined all my photos! When I expressed my disgust with the higher ups in a long letter with photos of the original dress I ordered, the sample I settled for, each horrible alteration that took place, and the finished product they offered to preserve the dress and nothing more. They explained I left with the dress and signed a paper. What else is a bride to do when her wedding is 48 hours away?! Everything with this shop is a run around!!!!
I can't say enough good things about experience at L'Fay! Mikeala was so helpful, kind and knowledge. She truly made the process stress free and relaxing. She worked with my budget and found me the dress on my dress. Thank you so much!

They are extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable when it came to finding the perfect dress, I would highly recommend!
