Horrible experience. Very keen on marketing wordplay as none of the cartridges I ordered were OEM. I ordered two sets and neither one worked after I installed them. They are NOT cartridges made by the manufacturers of your printer!!!!
Worst customer service or lack there of. First instance: they sent me the wrong ink and had to wait an additional week to receive the correct product. It took almost a month to receive my order. Second instance: I ordered ink on a sat. the following day my printer broke forcing me to purchase a new make and model. Since inkjets does not have support over the weekend I could not cancel my order. Now I have to pay out of pocket for shipping in order to exchange the product.
