Got the new 3090RTX with Threadripper. Called everywhere minimum 8-10 weeks for any new boxes due to hardware shortages due to covid. Chris and IT creations had it up and running in 10 days with latest Threadripper which NO ONE has. I was impressed. Chris and support team there for me every step of the way......when your unloading decent money for a custom box.

Bought a GTX 1070 FTW2, even with quarantine and shipping delays all over the country I received the GPU in less then a week (I live across the country on the East Coast). Not just the speed of it getting here but the packaging too. I have never received a package more secure before. They really put their pride in the work.

The item I bought was packaged and sent out hours after I placed my order. Got the shipping tracking number and invoice confirmation hours after as well. Extremely fast and exactly on time! My product was packaged with so much padding for a simple cord, I really appreciated it. Will be buying from here many more times.

Amazing customer service. They helped us find a CPU with a heatsink for a blade server and shipped it to us overnight. When we received it, we realized that we ordered the wrong size heatsink (wide vs standard). They shipped the correct one to us overnight at no charge. We were surprised they even had the parts in stock (we checked about 10 other vendors, nobody had them). These guys are awesome. We'll definitely be using them for our future parts needs.
