Be aware DO NOT RENT RV from this guys, before you read my review please do do go and read my other review i always give 5 star to everone and this company is the only one with 1 (not by choice if i could i would give -5) but they really are bad. they would not honor anything even in their contract, first, they told me to pick up RV in Calabasas, then when i arrived, they said no i have to go to Chatsworth,, of course it didnt finish there which i had to wait over two hours to pick up a filty and dirty RV at 6:15PM. of course we had to spend about 2 hours to just clean the nasty RV, lets not forget the RV was all Damaged all around inside and out. Of course not even the engine was working properly nor the tires where in good condition, when i try to return the RV back i got there at 6:05 PM to Chatsworth but no one was there eventhu i told them I am on my way after waiting there and calling all their phone numbers even emergency they wouldn't answer for more than 45 min. then one of the numbers texted me surely enough telling me no you have to return in Calabasas, they are the most confusing and unorganized peopele BTW Calabasas is just partking so who would guess you have to return there and hand the key to a guy on parking. funny thing is eventhough we clean the RV they still charged me for cleaning fee. i am gone attach the images, of course i have more pictures to upload but i think that would do the job, AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I wishi would have read the reviews here before booking with Luxe RV. The RV was very used. They were late dropping off the RV by over an hour and then they showed up with a completely flat tire. Luckily my neighbor had what we needed to get it filled back up again which took an hour. Otherwise we would have been waiting hours for their oadside assistance.\ The RV was not cleaned well. The person that dropped the RV had no idea how to start the generator but after 15 minutes together we figured it out. We cleaned the RV before using (as it needed it) and then again before returning. Then we were charged a 200 cleaning fee! Finally i had to contact them multiple times and eventually, after 3 weeks, i got my deposit back. Avoid this rental agency.
I had a great experience with Luxe RV. They’re entire staff is on point and organized. We took their Mercedes Ultra to Lake Tahoe for a bachelor party and the RV was perfect. Such a great idea. I would definitely recommend
Don't believe all the reviews. The owner will threaten people with lawsuits for any negative reviews left and will also bribe people to give good reviews. Look at all the bad reviews on Yelp (including the ones not shown). The RVs are filthy -- most aren't even cleaned after Burning Man. Their customer service is the worst -- they will upcharge you for any and everything and will not refund you any deposits. Don't give this business any of your money.
