I love the ambiance of this place since it's so classic. The customer service was excellent! The waitress checked my ID as I ordered a glass of wine and noticed my birthday was coming up - when she brought over our dessert she had 'happy birthday' written on the plate! Loved that! My filet mignon was cooked perfectly and my boyfriend also enjoyed his ribeye. We came on a good night since the potato of the night was scalloped, our fave! I would definitely comeback. Thanks Harris for a great experience!
Last time we came I was just a kid to have such an incredible experience was the best !! The man I believe to be the general manager was very kind ! The lady manager was great! And the Male server Fidel (hope I spelled it right) was making sure hospitality was met 100%. We love it and will be coming back . They all have excellent customer service . Their top big bosses should be proud of the team this location has !!
This is the second time I had bad food I ordered a chicken sandwich it was bland no flavor it tasted like it still needed to be cooked. Then I ordered a steak and lobster, one word yuck! The steak wasn't steak it was more like a strip of fat! It hurt my teeth when chewing it and the Lobster was horribly cooked wrong.
Our waitress ruined our experience. I won't be dining here with my family again. She didn't acknowledge us for 25 minutes until we caught our cashier's attention. She only brought our drinks AFTER being told to do so. She never brought us a basket of bread, she didn't collect our dirty plates (we chose salad bar) and she never bothered to come by our table to ask if we were doing okay. I saw and heard her tending to other tables nicely. We were the exception. Sorry for expecting good service.
