Living here the past few years has been nothing short of amazing! From the amenities, to the location and especially the staff here, we couldn’t be happier. During Covid this year of course the gym, pool, and any outdoor activities have been closed but the communication and closeness of this community we have here has been great! Management & staff have been very transparent during these difficult times and were all just a big family here. I would recommend anyone looking for a great place to call home in Chatsworth to look here!!

After 29 years of living in apartments I can confidently say that I am an authority on what is a good apartment complex. I've lived in good ones, regular ones, run down ones, but I've never lived in one as good as Sofi. The management is very nice and attentive. The maintenance guys are top notch and are very friendly. The building is nice and quiet, and the residents are all very chill. I don't have a single bad thing to say about Sofi. Great place to live if you're single or have a family. I would recommend giving this place a look if you're in the market for an apartment.

I have lived here 7 years. Sofi apartments is an excellent place to live. The manger Kathleen has a beautiful personally, and always happy to help when I need her. Great manger, great service. Community is pet friendly with a dog walk around the building. Pet owners don’t always pick up poop, but staff always willing to help pick up after bad pet owners. From previous managers, I think Kathleen is the most friendly and I hope that she continues to manage the building in the future.

I want to start by saying how absolutely happy we are having chosen Sofi for our new home! Despite having to move during a worldwide pandemic, I am absolutely thankful that the process of our move was so smooth! We had inquired on viewing the apartment, but were unsure if it would be possible due to the social distancing measures currently in place. However, Lupe contacted us the very next day of our inquiry and assured us that we had the ability to do a self guided tour of the complex and unit. When we arrived she had everything set in place for us to view the units, and gave us a map of the complex with the units highlighted for our self guided tour. Instantly we fell in love! Everything was so clean (exterior, interior, parking garage, etc.), the units had all the essentials we were looking for and the location was great! Lupe called to follow up with us after we completed our self guided tour, and answered all our questions! She was great from the very beginning, and throughout our entire move to ensure we had a smooth transition! Thank you Lupe! In addition, the entire application process was initiated and completed online including the lease signing. We were very pleased that our entire move-in adhered to all social distancing measures, and that we were able to move in to our new home during this time! I am happy to have chosen Sofi as the new place to call home!

We've lived here almost 2 years. We moved in after last owners took over. They have renovated all common areas. It's such a welcoming and nice building /community area Neighbors are friendly, pet friendly, clean, and safe. Management and Staff do a great job with any concerns or questions. The building goes out of their way to make residents feel special... donut holes because they \love us a HOLE lot\ to heart shaped bagels and a rose on Valentines day. Outdoor movies and Superbowl gatherings. My grandmother mother loves this building. Everytime she comes she is reminded that we are in a clean and safe environment.
