Sent us to collections one week after receiving the bill. Chelsey was extremely rude and didn’t want to listen to anything we had to say, only “it’s already done, there’s nothing you can do.” I will never use this service again, I’d rather crawl and bleed my way to the hospital.

My parents just had the worst EMS experience of their lives with Pucket EMS (not all EMTs are bad, read the end of the review for the positive notes). The EMTs that responded this last time repeatedly asked and then yelled at an elderly man, with covid, parkinsons, and dementia, who had fallen and was still laying ON THE TUB BLEEDING, if he wanted to go to the hospital. Stripped his undergarments off, refused to allow for fresh ones citing - \He will be in a gown at the hospital anyways\....and then there was a break down in communication to the extent that no one knew where he was....and We were told he had been taken to a different hospital than they were supposed to, and then contacted to correct that - and told he went to the right hospital - All the while, the EMTs were very rude, overly aggressive, and yelling at him like he was a stubborn child. - While the two previous calls were handled with the upmost care and compassion, as if he were their own father, that last crew that responded acted in a horribly unprofessional manner and reflect very poorly on Pucket EMS.

Based off one of their drivers. I was almost side swiped by one of their ambulances coming thru the brainerd tunnels. Then as i went to pass him so i could get over onto mccallie the driver speeds up trying to keep me from passing him. Then the next red light i see him behind me giving me the bird after I was almost hit by him and then raced! Really professional!

Puckett EMS is incompetent. They tell Erlanger North my family member will be transported to Erlanger Main Downtown in 30 to 45 minutes. It has now been over 2 hours. Erlanger North states they can not perform the lab work on blood that is necessary. So, my family member is stuck in potential danger at a facility that does not have a competent lab or, transportation from one campus to another. This is a situation the residents of Hamilton County need to address before the County gives them another contract to provide lackluster services.

We had to call for an ambulance the other day and we were very pleased with the two gentlemen that came to help. They were very courteous and professional.

Terrible customer service when a loved one is in need. They will not file with your insurance company and expect you to deal with the insurance company. This company is trying to get your money and not follow the proper protocols. Do not pay them any money until you talk to your insurance company.

My Mother was transported this evening from her home to a respite facility by Albright and Corbin. Over the past year, we have required assistance over 20 times and although each time she has been treated very respectfully, there are many dynamics and obstacles that make it a difficult process, including lift assist and the tight quarters of her home. Albright and Corbin handled the situation with extreme professionalism, kindness, compassion, and respect. They are both very knowledgeable and thorough, and by far made a difficult situation much better. They are assets to the field and to Pucketts.
