Food was delicious to say the least! We got the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans with bacon and the music city hot chicken. Chicken was definitely spicy but it was bearable. Deep fried brownie dessert is what dreams are made of!! Brittany our server was 10/10 Ambiance was good, it’s definitely a family place. If we come back to Chattanooga, definitely coming back here!

Easy access, no wait, great waiter, and great food. We've lived in TN for almost two years, and this was by far, the best meal that we've had. You know that you've hit a great restaurant, when your two teenage boys are agreeing with you, and in-between bites they're telling you how awesome the food is. Sweet and savory; how could you go wrong? The cakes are amazing. Every aspect of our experience was perfect. Our waiter was awesome, and able to point us to his favorites (food and beer). Will definitely be going again and pointing our friends and newcomers in Puckett's direction!

Puckett's offers something that every member of your family will love! The overall atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. The dishes they offer are all amazing! They are known for their BBQ, and believe me when I tell you that it is always ON POINT!!

On a family day trip to Chattanooga and Rock City, we started our day here. The waitress was engaging and pleasant to speak with and made meal suggestions per our requests. 4 out of 5 of us ordered something different and everyone enjoyed their meals. Bought 2 coffee mugs (blue) to take home. Nice mugs.

I would give this place a 4 stars for service but the food was rough for me. I got the fried chicken dinner. The fried chicken was full of flavor but the mashed potatoes and green beans were bloody awful. My husbands BBQ pork sandwich he said was delicious and fries were great too.
