We loved Ruby falls! Buy online for a reserved time due to covid. Plan on the your being an hour and get there 15 minutes early. The cost is 100% worth it and we will be coming back!!! This experience was fun for family of all ages and is a must see in the chattanooga!

This was a fun experience for the entire family. The downside was that it was a very dreary day and therefore we were unable to take advantage of the beautiful scenery outside. We were all amazed with how extraordinary the falls were along with the history behind finding them and then of course creating public access. It was a really fun experience and certainly something I would not pass up if your in the neighbourhood.

No one said anything about buying tickets or having to reserve online. We did not find out until we drove all the way there and found out too late. Even The Tennessee Aquarium had option to buy online after doing the Google Search. We would have likes to have gone but didn't get too, so thanks guys for running our day. I sincerely hope you close down from COVID

No matter how cold it is outside I don't recommend wearing a thick jacket when you go inside. It gets hot down there. And if you like to take photos you may want to put yourself at the end of the tour line you're in. The walk itself isn't an hour and a half like they state. It's the waiting. I think at one point we had to stop and wait on another tour to pass for 10 minutes or so. Some spots are wet and slippery. The cavern and the waterfall was beautiful to see.
