Had the best experience with Jimmy and his team!! I was in a bind with my AC/Heater unit not working and Jimmy was beyond helpful and understanding. He made sure we were taken care of and was very fair with pricing. Chris, one of his technicians, came to diagnose and repair our issue, and was very knowledgeable and skilled. We operate 23 restaurants in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. It has always been a struggle finding a maintenance company who charged a fair hourly rate, did competent work and was trustworthy. Southeastern Service technicians are professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. SESS provides us with timely and reliable maintenance and parts for practically every piece of kitchen equipment and Hvac units we use. We especially appreciate and take advantage of their equipment loaner program helping us eliminate down time. Thank you for helping us realize the importance of having an ongoing preventive maintenance program. Since we started doing routine preventive maintenance our M & R cost have gone down substantially.
