Rodney was wonderful. He called in the morning to check in and give a line up, and then called me before he arrived. He serviced my gas fireplace quickly and explained everything I wanted to know patiently. Grateful he was such a kind person. Highly recommend.

Great selection of high quality wood pellets for smokers. The store is probably 99% made in USA products. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a grill, smoker, fireplace or gas products.

We are working with a contractor on an outdoor fireplace. Customer service with this company is terrible. They showed to complete our fireplace after taking more than a month to get onto their schedule, didn’t bring the correct materials and left. Then it took another month to get back on the schedule despite it being their mistake. Ridiculous. Edit: emailed the company like they asked below and no response.

We are having nothing but problems with this company so beware!!! We have spent a lot of money to have an outdoor fireplace and have yet to get it working. Part of the unit is at their place of business right now after they came and retrieved it. There were 5 technicians at our home prior to them finally taking it back in. We need a refund so we can get one somewhere else prior to cool weather. Fortunately we waited on having the masonry work done to install the stone and it will be waiting until we get a workable unit. As most people know, it takes 8 to 12 weeks to get anything now during the pandemic so don't count on getting anything working prior to autumn and winter weather from these people!!! My husband is on his way there right now to give them a deadline but I would have already filed a lawsuit against them if it were up to me. Again, beware of this company!!!
