Alex was very professional and nice to work with. He had a very professional, hard-working team. They did an excellent job removing a tree in our yard and grinding up several stumps. We were very pleased.

Buyer beware! This is what their quote/agreement stated verbatim \Remove fallen tree due to storm damage and grind stump. Complete clean up and hauling.\ The picture is what they left behind. When I asked why they didn't clean that up they said it would cost extra to do that. That it was industry standard and it normally costs an additional 150-200 to pick that up. When I stated that addtional costs were never mentioned during agreement and that complete clean up of tree should be covered, manager responded that the tree grind was not part of the tree (???!!!). So, her first offer to 'make things right' was to charge me a 'discounted' 75 to clean that up. I said that it was not acceptable based on our agreement--already paid 800 for work. After some not so friendly banter, she came back with 'you can call other companies...they charge extra' basically in attempt to justify her charging me extra. To which I said fine, but I would hope that they disclose that additional cost BEFORE agreement is made. Not too happy at this point when she offers to make things 'right by you' by discussing how she has had people do the same type of work at her house.....???? At the end, she offered to have me speak to her boss, who by the way, had sent me to talk to her. Not using them in the future and I don't recommend that you do.
Had the crew out to remove a tree from our front yard and grind the stump, as well as remove dead branches from our very mature trees in the back and side yard. The crew was very careful in maneuvering the big boom truck around the yard, not to damage the grass. Very happy with their work. All of the branches were picked up and chopped into mulch, leaving nothing behind. The trees look amazing and their cleaning up those dead branches gives us peace of mind. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend Cheapest Tree Work. Alex and his crew will take great care of your trees for you.
I would not use this tree service. Someone complains about something like not showing up for a estimate they take you off the list and won't do work for you. Instead of working something out like a professional business would they completely don't want to do business with you. I read other reviews on here saying they quote you a price and after the job they want more money. I think this should be reported to the BBB for bad business! No professional customer services at all! Then why won't you work with Don Roberson? He said you didn't call him back or show up and you decided to not make it right towards him. Sounds like poor customer service there. You should of worked something out with him to make him happy. I thought the comment you made to him was very unprofessional and bad customer service and yes I never did call you.
Company was hired by mobile home park to remove trees and trim trees. While removing a tree they busted out a window. Called company office and male stated they be out in 30 mins to view the damage. I never heard back from the company. Not professional at all. Nor are they BBB accreditted.
