Tried 3 times to book a flight and 3 times they said it didn't go through. So I went to another site and booked my flight with no problem. Then 30 minutes later I get an email saying they booked me. So I called them to cancel that flight. This was all within an hour. So they cancelled the flight after saying I would owe 100 for the change which was a complete lie as with airlines you have 24 hours to cancel. When that didn't work for them they decided to charge my credit card 30 for an agency service fee. If this isn't a scam I don't know what is. I have no plans on paying a bogus charge like that. I would never use them again. Horrible horrible customer service. I had to give them one star before I could post this. They don't deserve any stars.

If you have to cancel your flight please do not pay an additional fee to this company. Call the airline directly to see what the cancel, rebooking, and credit usage are before cancelling and after. I am over flowing with joy. I will deal directly with the airline company for my trip. The additional fee that Cheap Fare Guru charge is the convenience fee. You have to make the best decision for you and your family. They also stated that you only can rebook with them which is inaccurate. You can rebook with the airline.I appreciate the verification before charging my card for my flight, however being dishonest about future trip planning is not all right.

We book a lot of flights and tried this service for the first time. We will never use them again as there are so many different issues, it isn't even worth listing them all and wasting even more time. This morning alone trying to find out if a flight was booked or not, we were cut off five times and had to call back again each time. After deciding to cancel any and everything to do with this company, we were cut off again. Do not waste your time here.

The online reservation purchase service was satisfactory. Heaven help you, however, if you have to change or cancel a reservation (unless you like calling the airline, then Cheap Fare Guru, and then the airline again for the same issue). Cheap Fare Guru charged my bank account 20 even though they didn't resolve my issue. I had to hammer out the situation myself with Southwest Airlines

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If there was any way to give a negative number, I would! They are liars and only out to make money off bogus extra fees. The flight was rescheduled by the airline more than 15 minutes from the original time so Cheap charged us an extra 25 change fee, claiming the airline was charging the fee and requiring a new tickets. That is a lie! The airlines don't charge change fees when they reschedule flights. When we called to ask about the fee they kept claiming it was in their terms and conditions, they would not refund the fee and it's because the airline was making them re-issue the ticket. All 3 of the customer service reps, were of no use and kept repeating that it was in the terms and condition. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
