This company was recommended to me by a good friend of mine who used them before for a long time. I ordered my RE business cards and asked if its possible to print them on the soft touchy paper. Mitch told me it might slightly change my price, but he is not sure and he will double check. After several days of waiting, I asked if they found out how much it would cost, and was very surprised that the price was NOT \slightly changes\, it was over than 50% of increase and I was not aware of it! When I tried to change my order to the regular paper, I was told its too late. I believe that before printing the product, company should ask their clients if they agreed to pay a certain price. I had to pay for them and at the end, found out that the business cards do not contain my email address. Of course everything was blamed on me, but I have a question: The company that works for so long time, ever seen RE business cards without email address??? I haven't! They do not care about their clients after they collect money, and they do not stand behind the quality of their product.

Before purchase: Nice, friendly, helpful, sort of knowledgeable. Post purchase: They don't stand behind their product. If the product performs poorly, they place blame on the consumer. Our company tested the waters with a low initial purchase, before making a larger 2-3K purchase, Thank goodness we did that! If they don't stand behind a poorly built 40 sign, imagine the loss a business could suffer from a larger project. Hopefully, the poor product performance and the owner loosing his temperament on the phone is an isolated incident. Our business will be done else where, so we will never know....
