The Mission of the Cheboygan Area Arts Council is to promote and encourage cultural and educational activities within the Straits Area of Northern Michigan, and to provide services that stimulate and encourage participation and appreciation of the arts within all segments of the community and to showcase the historic Cheboygan Opera House.
The 52nd annual Cheboygan Area Arts Council Art Festival is going to be a little different this year. To ensure the safety of our staff and community, the festival will be moving to Facebook.Interested in being an online vendor? Email

Each artist may submit high quality and high resolution images of original art (maximum 3 pieces). The art may be any medium. Include your name, contact information, and price of the art, if it is for sale. Please include a complete description of the artwork including size, weight and medium. CAAC will promote the art via social media. Buyers will contact the artist directly, through email, for sales. The artist is responsible for fulfilling the sale.
Deadline to submit: August 1st
The Art Festival is free to members of the CAAC. Membership is $25. Online membership form is here and you may pay through Paypal or mail a check made out to CAAC to PO Box 95 Cheboygan MI, 49721.
