I know what I counted out for my bills before going into the currency exchange on 10/23/2020 around 2:57. However, the teller said I was100 short, so another 100 was given. I went back in about 2 minutes later and asked if she could recount the money I had given her because I know what I gave her. She refused to count the money or even look at what I had given her. I feel cheated and disrespected. This establishment should have accountable employees. They are disrespectful, have nasty attitudes, and are demeaning. Real rate is no star at all.

If i could give this no stars, i would. Very disrespectful to elder people and handles every situation as a mess. Has stolen money from my check as well as others; also has men selling weed cigs and clothing in the corner where they can easily see how much money you are cashing out. Lots of soliciting and no respect towards others. Women working there are terrible at completing a simple task. A disgusting ghetto mess.
