This is the BEST company to order checks from! When placing the initial order, I had requested to have a proof sent prior to printing. A proof was sent, but I never got to see and approve it prior to the order being printed and shipped. I emailed as soon as I was notified it had shipped. A representative immediately was in contact to help fix the issues. She was very professional and responsive to my needs and changes...and my order was redesigned perfectly to my specs and then reprinted. The customer service is A. I will be using this company for all my check needs.

Sometimes you do have to take a leap of faith ordering checks, and CheckOMatic did a fantastic job. Yes, I'm a real person and work with thousands of nonprofits and using checks is something that will not go away for a long, long, long time. I trust them. I ordered checks two months ago (pictured- the starting kit for 99) from CheckOMatic and the logo and everything else came out perfect. Today, I ordered checks for a different organization, and the customer service representative, Baila, caught it within an hour that I qualified for free shipping, but didn't use the right promo code. She corrected it and I got free shipping. So highly recommend them!

I had an issue ordering online. Spoke to a representative ( yes, an actual live person :) She walked me through the order and confirmed that they had received it. I wanted to see a proof prior to placing my order, as I was including my company logo on my checks. Within 30 minutes I received an email with the proof. I did not like the color that I had chosen, the customer service rep, went back and forth with me until we found the perfect layout. Highly recommend this company.
I very rarely write reviews, but with this company, i simply had to. I've been ordering checks here for the past 5 years and never had any problems with the delivery or the products. Everything ordered came to me promptly and without errors. The few times I have called, they were very helpful and very nice. I very highly recommend this company and will continue to use them!!!
