Chef Eric prepared an amazing 5-course dinner for us! He was so accommodating when we asked to customize the menu, offered up excellent wine pairings and was so friendly and fun to talk to! The food was incredible and he walked us through each course as he brought them out. If you’re looking for a special evening I would highly recommend!!

I charged Chef Eric with a daunting task - defy the biggest snowstorm the city has seen since 1885 to come make my boyfriend's second quarantine birthday something special. And he delivered. Chef Eric came to our house 100% prepared with everything needed to make an amazing 5 course meal in our home without us ever needing to lift a finger (unless, of course, that finger was helping to hold a glass of bourbon). He regaled us with stories from the industry, let us in on tricks of the trade and entertained all our bonkers questions - all without missing a beat executing a fabulously delicious dinner. The conversation flowed as effortlessly as he made the meal seem, but the quality, flavor and ingenuity of the menu was undeniable. Overall it was an unbeatable experience that exceeded my most hopeful expectations. It truly was a special evening that I cannot thank Chef for enough. Already plotting the next occasion for us to have an encore meal!

Let’s just start off by saying that Chef Eric is the G.O.A.T !!! He was amazing and helping me planning my best friends birthday brunch!!! About 14 of us planned a trip to Colorado from NYC for my best friends birthday getaway !! So since we are all in the middle of a pandemic and we are limited to the things we can do and definitely cannot go to brunch I decided to bring brunch to my best friend for her birthday ! from the start chef Eric was amazing in communication! He Talked to me through the entire process (this was the first time for me doing anything like this) and kept me in the loop about everything until down to the last minute. When it came to our menu he even let me change it up a couple of times and give feed back because the people that were in my party were picky eaters. The day of the event was super smooth. He kept in contact with me telling me when he was on his way and the time he would arrive with his waitstaff.everyone was super sweet and super nice and professional! definitely gave us the warm and fuzzy vibes that we’ve been looking for. The food way AMAZING!!!!! Like slap yo mama good ( it even got the picky eaters taste of approval) and they were so nice enough to leave us the extra leftovers for later. We didn’t have to worry about cleaning up or packing anything away chef Eric and his Wait Staff did it all it was so effortless for me I loved it as well as my best friend and our guest ! If I’m ever back in Colorado or anybody’s making a trip I would definitely recommend him to cook for you guys because it was so amazing! Just overall overall pleasant tasty experience!

Chef Eric was an amazing chef. He took care of us at dinner and the conversation was organic. His food is full of flavor and his menus offer many different options. He also had plenty of recommendations of other places to see and eat. I would definitely experience his amazing food again and we look forward to seeing him when we are back in the area.

My wife and I had a blast with Chef Eric! He was prompt, organized and cooked an amazing meal. His culinary skills are impressive. Our food was perfectly and thoughtfully cooked. I'm not a fan of mushrooms and well, there I was, eating mushrooms like we were best friends. Chef Eric is very personable, we had a wonderful evening and couldn't be happier with our experience.

Chef Eric came to our home for a private meal to celebrate my wife’s birthday. His level of preparation and superb socialization skills were only outshone by his mastery of the trade. The evening was filled with incredible food and Chef Eric didn’t rush a moment of it, bringing out course after course coupled with story after story. Will 100% do again. Can’t wait to try another one or his diverse menu themes!
