I just wanted to say my experience at Awesome RV was wonderful. My husband and I purchased a new travel trailer from them and they took care of us from the beginning. It took over a month for the trailer to come in. Our sales person Mike Darnell was always in communication with me through email if I had any questions. When the trailer did come in we had to drop our truck off to have the hitch installed. We live two hours away so they gave me a very nice car to drive home. Mike is very knowledgeable since he’s been in the business for years. He shared with us all sorts of good info since we’re new to it. Everyone we met was very nice and genuine. I would highly recommend coming here!

I bought a used RV from this location and customer service was great and they took care of me. I have been enjoying the RV and traveling in it to some awesome spots in Washington State. I have had some issues in the RV that I noted before the sale so I took it back to the dealer and they are taking care of it. They have a good selection of RVs to chose from, used and brand new.

We wanted to write and let everybody know what amazing service we received from Awesome RV in Chehalis. We had a major malfunction with our slide-out, and mechanic extraordinaire Jacob went over and above anything we could ever imagine in fixing it. Jacob always took the time to keep us informed and was always patient and had a smile on his face. Not only that, but our extended warranty company at first denied the claim, and Jim and Casey went the extra mile to work with them, and they finally agreed to pay most of the invoice. To say we are extremely satisfied with Awesome RV and all of the wonderful people there would be a huge understatement. They will be the only RV service place we ever take our RV to!

I am just disgusted! 1st time 5th wheel buyer and this dealership sent us home with THE SPARE TIRE ON THE TRAILER. They told us they put all new tires on the trailer. We were new and had no idea what to look for and they knew that. So disappointed! Double-check everything they tell you!
