So the only reason this place gets one star over the minimum is the rest of the staff is absolutely great. They are caring , compassionate and they are willing to work with you if you are a little bit short or a week late. It seems like communication is key which is hard especially considering we are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. However, this place does not receive five stars because of one employee terrible, Melissa. Melissa is cold, heartless and she has no communication skills. From her professional sounding demeanor it would first appear that she is a great employee, has great communication skills, and is probably very efficient at her job. What it truly comes down to is the lack of compassion and the lack of heart or common sense that she has that we are in the middle of a pandemic. I called trying to make a payment and was able to make 2/3 of the amount that I normally would however she would not budge. She kept stating “the courts need to get paid “this is a traffic ticket from years ago mind you. I was trying to work with them and be in communication even though I do not have the full amount, which is what I would assume they would want. However, like I said she is terrible...you better pray you do not get Melissa. If you do I would asked to be transferred to another person immediately, although if you like to be ostracized and belittled as a human being Melissa is your gal! From her professional initial demeanor I would assume that any higher ups in this company reading this would think that I am just a out of hand irritated customer that does not want to pay the courts, however I am a full-time college student, a healthcare worker, and law abiding citizen. She made me feel as if I was a criminal, to the higher up people in this company she is a wolf in sheep’s clothing! Please keep an eye out, be aware, empathy and compassion are something you cannot hide in humans and they are red flags for those that do not possess them.

I have had to use this Agency twice for account collections & honestly considering this is a debt collection agency I Loved Dealing With Them. Never had a customer service issue, always very polite and courteous. Had a couple snaffu's with the auto pay and their correcting of the issue was Stellar and their understanding of some other issues I had in making some payments was Top Notch, if i called and made arrangements and was honest they were always very helpful. I have dealt with other Debt Collectors & These Guys Rock. Thank you Guys for your willingness to work with my situations and even though I hope not to need your services again, I am thankful you exist-Just in case

I was informed yesterday upon establishing a payment plan, that my license would be released the following morning. I have called 2 times this morning and nothing has been done. After speaking with their \supervisor \ Louisa \Johnson\ she informed me, her counterpart lied on a recorded line in stating it would be done the following morning. And, that it could indeed take all day. If I had known this, I could have made alternative arrangements for work. They sure want the money, but could care less about the people's lives they are getting it from. A terrible business without a doubt.

J.J. was perfect over the phone. I am disputing red lights tickets and she listened to me and gave me the time I needed to take care of it with the courts. JJ is great!

BEYOND Horrible experience over the phone trying to pay a medical bill off. For someone going through massive medical problems, the least thing they need is bad Customer service. We tried to make a payment over the phone with pushback from there end, making the payment with a debit Visa, they continued to ask for a checking routing number. Finally we paid bill full online after the website worked.I pray and hope they do some management changing in the future. Paying a bill should not be so difficult.
