Rented a boat half a day (4 hours) and thought the price was reasonable. First impressions of the were it wasn’t maintained very well. Seats torn badly everywhere, moss/mold growing in between the cushions, one speaker was missing from the tower and plenty of bumps and bruises on the outside. The initial employee helping us said the stereo worked and even gave us a cord to borrow for our phone(she was very nice and thorough), we left the dock and tried and tried but stereo never turned on. Went back and a separate employee said the stereo hasn’t worked for months and kind of blew us off. When you pay 100/hour you expect the stereo to work or to at least know ahead of time that it does not. We would have chosen a different boat or rental if we knew that was the case.Additionally, the horn didn’t work (major safety concern on a busy lake), the speedometer didn’t work and the push button throttle lock didn’t work so you can put the boat in gear accidentally by bumping it. Overall, very unprofessional and unsafe experience. We ended up taking the boat back after two hours and they didn’t offer any refunds. You expect a rental to be fully functional and it clearly was not. There are plenty of other better rental places around the lake for the same price I would choose before returning to this one.

Took a couple jet skis for 4 house, been there last year so we came back this year last year was amazing this year they jet skis were had no torque to them so you couldn't catch any waves for a jump, take to long to puck up the speed m, went back after an hour to take another jet skis they had one that we could take, the new one was even worse then the previous one, went back to get a refund for the 3 hour they said all rate were final and we couldn't get the money back. The jet skis aren't maintained well we took a look inside the engine compartment to see what wrong with them one had oil leaks from the engine compartment and the spark plugs were all went from oil and the other one was dry inside. So take them for one hour if you like them then you can take them longer.

Overall great experience. Customer service was fast and pretty easy even with all this Covid19 stuff going on. I would of given them a 5 star, only reason why I didn't was the boat we rented speakers where in bad shape, one of the tower speakers was missing and the rest of the speakers rattled to much. So we had to end up using our blue tooth speaker. I don't think this is the companies fault its more of the customers but still they should get fixed some way or another. Overall great experience.

I rented a jet ski for an hour for 65 plus tax. You also pay 500 deposit that gets voided when you return it back. Gas was about 10 which you can fill up right there on site, which is super convenient- as compared to others who are on the other side of the lake. Jet skis are very comfy, large (I got two-seated) and stable. Honestly, I think they're the best in terms of quality. I went there on the last day of the season (10/04/20) but they were super helpful and nice. Staff took some precautions for COVID (wearing a mask, etc.).

Rented a jetski for 2hrs, not super organized service but they got me in as quickly as they could for 2pm, rush hour as a walk in. Went out, had a blast and we want to go again tomorrow. Got our deposit back no problem, and paid for gas after our run, about 30 bucks. Overall a great experience!
