The cleaning was on time and efficient, but in this Covid environment, the operator did not wear a mask or offer to wear a mask while in my house even though I did wear a mask when I greeted him at the door, and I continued to wear a mask the whole time he was here. Me, wearing a mask in my own home to greet him at the door, was a pretty good indication of what to do. I didn’t want to be difficult, but he should have worn a mask, or offered to do so, especially since I wore one.

First off..thanks for being open, especially during this pandemic. Kerry was absolutely friendly and amazing. My schedule changed a few times in one week and they worked with me. Keith was on time and went straight to work. I was pleased. I have a traffic stain in front of the sofa that didn’t come up but it’s fine. The stairs look great! He also sanitized and put Protectant on it. I appreciate the way he was careful not to rip/wear my furniture and protected the screen door from flapping open with the wind by using a bungee cord to keep it shut. Thanks!

Keith and his team have an excellent product line. We use have used them for our basement, annually for three years now, as they are the only company we’ve found that doesn’t saturate your carpet! We are sensitive to allergies, so knowing that we can come home to dry carpets (without the use of fans) is important for us. You will spend more for their product line, but it is well worth it!
