I only eat the rice rolls and fish balls from this cart. The owner has run this cart for over a decade, most of us in the community grown up having it every weekend or at least once every few months. She always has fresh batch, the rice rolls are still in steamer, she adds all the condiments (hot sauce is optional), there’s pig skin, Lo mein And Mei fun, the marinated tea eggs are so good.

My favorite fish ball cheong fun in all of Chinatown! There's a soft springiness to the rice noodles that the other carts don't have and the fish balls are always bouncy. The lady working the cart is also super nice and hard working.
Love the food, so glad my friend introduced it to me! I like getting the fishball rice noodles with hot and soy sauce
Delicious!
This vendor’s been here for over two decades. Been coming here since I was a kid. Her cart’s at the corner of Rutgers and East Broadway outside of Wu’s Wonton King. She sets up at 6am and calls it a day at around 2-3pm (earlier if she sells out, which is usually the case). Menu includes: Cheong fun (rice noodle rolls), fish balls, stuffed glutinous rice zongzi, glutinous rice in lotus leaf, lo mein, mai fun, congee with pork and century egg (pidan), tea eggs, and 猪皮萝卜. Support your local cheong fun cart while you can. She took a couple of months off and people were devastated. So glad she’s back!
This is one of the best food places in the city!
Have been eating here since the fish ball and noodles small were only 1.50.
