We recently visited with our two cats for their annual checkups and immunizations. They offer a free dental exam. Our cats both got teeth pulled last year and having regular check ups helps let us know how we are doing with brushing, food, and dental treats. The staff is knowledgeable and communicates well. Our cats are less stressed here than another clinic we visited only once. The staff members have always treated our sweet kitties well.

I've used a variety or vets over the years and being new to castle rock finding a new vet that you and your animals are comfortable with can be hard. Cherished Companions was amazing. My male Vizsla who usually hates the vet had a very comfortable experience thanks to the amazing staff and vet! Thanks!

This review is for Eric Weatherman who 2 weeks ago reviewed Cherished poorly. Because of Covid 19 they exam your dog in another room out of your safety not to mention theirs. Dr Ivy had an opportunity down south come up and not telling the public is out of her privacy. This group of doctors are the best in Douglas County Eric! I’ve tried them all, trust me they are the very finest Veterinarians in the entire county. God Bless Dr Melanie!!!

We had to find a new vet after a very horrifying and traumatizing experience with our original vet clinic. Based on referrals from friends, and seeing great reviews, we decided to take our sweet Golden to Cherished Companions. The first time, he saw Dr. Ivy and we absolutely loved her. The next time, he saw Dr. Melanie as Ivy is no longer there. She was equally amazing with our boy! He was absolutely terrified of anything even resembling a vet clinic after his awful experience at his previous vet, but Cherished Companions made him feel like he was there to see his friends. They were so sweet and patient with him and his nervousness, explained everything thoroughly, and truly made our boy happy, and helped him to trust his Dogtor (which is so huge for him.) Thank you guys, for making such a difference to our sweet Ralphy boy, and for genuinely caring about his well-being. I will always recommend Cherished Companions to anyone who needs a veterinarian.
