The website doesn't work. I set up for recurring payments and still got an email that said I had a past due balance. So, when I try to make a payment over the phone during business hours, no one answers. We've also had poor interactions with the truck driver. Also, have had our garbage skipped and not picked up over a 19 bill that we were not contacted about. Just many things have added up for me to leave this review. Hoping things change.

No trash pick up on scheduled day & no notice. I have left 3 messages today & have not heard anything. Y'all this service stinks!!!!
This was our first time using the landfill and had a few heavy items that could not be tossed in the dumpster so we had to drive into the landfill. The place the made us dump was off the main dirt road and over big rocks and deep trash. It was a place only fit for big machinery not a vehicle. We’ll be lucky not to have car trouble after that experience. We won’t be going back there again.
I deal with the local folks here on Landfill Rd in Cherokee Village. They've always been polite and seem anxious to help. I think regular customers should get a price break when bringing 'stuff' to dump. i wish they'd get equipped to take used motor oil and antifreeze. But otherwise i'm completely happy with them. My route driver \Clay\ is particularly pleasant. We chat for a few seconds if i'm out there when he pulls up. I give them four and a half out of five, which rounds off to five stars. old jim
I have been a customer since March of 2016. I have tried each and every time to to be polite and respectful. The first incident I asked to speak to the manager I was told first that he was on the phone. I asked to wait. After being put on and off hold for 47 minutes I was told the following things each time they came back on the phone; he was on vacation, then that he was unavailable, and then that he was no longer the manager. At this point it became so frustrating that it was comical. The next day I did a little research and found the name of the Manager and none of the previous conversations with staff was true. The district manager was helpful. And even the most minor issues are met with hostility. I don't like to post reviews of services because I want to always give the benifit of doubt. However between March of 2016 and Today, July 24, 2017 others need to know that this is not normal business practices. Today I called to let them know I would like to leave an extra bag next to my garbage for tomorrow's pickup (something I've done in the past). I asked her (Linda) to just bill me for the difference. She began to ask me several bewildering questions 1) how many bags are in your container? Response I don't know but it's filled 2) you know you may only have three bags and you didn't push them down.? Maybe you didn't push them in enough? Response I'm willing to pay for an additional bag why can't you just let me pay for another bag 3) you know your only allowed 5 bags? Response. That's why I want to have another bag picked up. It's like talking in circles. I just texted the regional manager and told him to charge me for a bag. There needs to be more choices for garbage pick up. When you have competition it only improves customer service.
