Really nice and professional people. I love journeys because it's always a great, pleasant experience when I walk in. I always recieve the best help with politeness and attentive care as a customer and as a customer I couldn't ask for anything more. I am completely satisfied with Journeys carried product and with the level of wonderful service provided. I strongly recommend a visit if you're looking to purchase shoes or backpacks, etc..
Friendly and helpful staff. I wish there was a more balanced selection. If you're looking for Converse, then they have you covered though!
I rated 3 stars because I normally have a great experience at this store, but recently I went in and a young man was being extremely pushy. I wanted to try on a pair of shoes and he brought out the pair I wanted, but he also brought out a different pair of shoes I didn't even like. He kept insisting I buy different pairs and it made me uncomforfable. I understand he wants to get sales but geez. You'd think people would care more about making the customer happy than shoving different items in their face to make them buy it.
